We're a trading company in Deira, Dubai. Our customers are mostly in East and Central Africa. Our job is the part in between: buying the right goods, checking them, and getting them there on the date we said.
The arch in our logo is that gate. For a trading company, hope is the container turning up on the day we said, and the customer ordering again next season.

Bab Al Amani began as a family business. Today it supplies customers in fourteen countries, from Djibouti and Eritrea down to Zambia and across to Guinea, and trades with suppliers across the Middle East and Asia.
Laine still handles the parts that matter most in person: meeting suppliers in Dubai, visiting customers in Nairobi, Kampala and Djibouti, and signing off every tender bid.
